The hydraulic Billet Cutting Shear of KS 1250 MODEL is a machine specifically designed in order to divide max 160mmx160mm billets into required length size as the operator indicates.
Firstly the piston in the direction of the material path squeeze to fix the material before cutting operation.
Then main piston gets activated and cuts the billet under 150-200 Bar pressure during the ram goes forward.Finally buttom support piston rises and lets the billet move forward to the outlet.
